Start the generator by clicking on the "Create" tab at the top of the navigational bar.
If all else fails, read the help document.
Begin by selecting either an HTML tag or a class name to construct a style rule for.
Tab through the windows and select your desired property settings for the class or tag that you chose.
Click the "Add" button when ready to make add another style rule or to retieve your code.
By default, the setup installer does not put a shortcut on your desktop. Setup creates the program's shortcut(s) in the Start Menu (Default). You have the option to change this during installation.
Copy the style code generated, paste it into a blank document. Delete the <style> and </style> tags and all comment fields.
Save the file as something like "style.css". In the head of your HTML document, put this line:
<LINK REL=StyleSheet HREF="style.css" TYPE="text/css" MEDIA=screen>
Its that easy.

After a three day meeting on the subject, our programmers decided to leave the width and height properties out of the wizard. Seems that they felt it was so much a common property that one would just add them in manually.
Maybe they just leave something for the next version...
